Free Exercises to Increase Your Height Fast and Grow Taller

In today’s looks obsessed world, possessing a good height is an imperative, for both sexes. Both tall men and women are perceived by modern society as sexy, statuesque, more attractive, noticeable, regal and confident. While diminutive men and women continue to remain in the shadows. Tall people enjoy unprecedented advantage in sports like boxing, tennis, volleyball, basketball, sprinting, high jumping, crossing the hurdles etc and being tall is a must in the modeling field.

But what do you do when you are not tall enough and the height supplements or height increasing pills do not seem to make any noticeable difference to your frame? The answer lies in exercises. If as a teenager you practice certain exercises, you are bound to grow tall, at least a couple of inches taller than what you should be, determined by your genes.

Let me introduce you to these exercises. Most of these are some kind of yogic postures and regular practice of yogasana can help to boost your height significantly.

Hanging

By hanging, I simply mean hanging from a sturdy bar. You will find these hanging bars in children’s parks or in gyms and there are hanging ropes etc as well. You simply have to hang from these regularly for a few minutes every day. The spine is straightened and lengthened by this exercise. You have to hang for a total of thirty minutes every week. You may use a wider grip to broaden and expand your shoulders and back.

Sleeping arch

This one is a yogic pose and pretty tough to do, but it is very effective in making you Grow taller. You have to first lie down on the floor with your face upturned towards the ceiling. Then you have to draw your legs closer to your body in such a way that the legs arch like an inverted V i.e. ^ on the floor from waist downwards.

Place your palms on two sides of your head and forcibly push yourself up and raise your body/back from the floor. It is very difficult to accomplish initially, but with practice you will be able to master it. Now raise your body till you form an arch on the floor and then you have to perfect this arch by drawing your legs closer to your body.

Hold on to this posture for quite some time and then relax and slowly return to the starting position. You have to repeat this exercise quite a few times every day. Don’t lose your balance and always perform this exercise on a hard surface and never on bed or sofa or soft surfaces. You will break your neck.
